Of course it will be dismissed, that's entirely the point. This was filed in response to Apple demanding to be given info about all future Samsung products....it's a stupid request, and so is the Apple request that Samsung is rebutting here...

I say we just put the ceos of EVERY player (ie Steve Jobs of Apple and his gang of miscreants, MOTO's peeps, LG, Samsung, etc) in an octogon and see who wins.
