Even if I was still with AT&T, I'd pass. As good as the hardware looks, you can be certain of one thing: Samsung will not support it. If you're lucky, you may see a 2.3 update, and that will be it.

and thats were the problem lies...with samsung your not sure that getting the latest updates is your biggest problem, cause they get very simple implementations wrong all the time, simple like GPS, and alarm clock behavior.
and to add to the OP's point guess which phone manufacturers product delayed/showed problems with the NODO update of wp7?
