I love the specs, I really do. I just hate looking at the phone. If I were to purchase this phone, what "ahh" factor would I get? How and what BB device can I purchase thats going to make me feel/look superior to others? If I buy this phone, the old bb users are not going to feel left behind when looking at my phone and I won't feel like I'm out doing them by looking at their phone and looking at mines, because they all "Look" the same!!!
I know some ppl are going to say what about the iPhone. At least the iPhone itself is of the higher class sort to speak. Now, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure smart phone users want a bit more than just "dependability".
Countless other phones are dependable and very well built, ontop of being more aesthetically pleasing and being able to outperform a Blackberry any day of the week in both hardware and software.
The crowd they end up making happy is the crowd that wants a keyboard, or at least that's all I see them pleasing anymore.

Well said and absolutely correct, most users want more than dependability. I never understood why Android was such a big deal until I got one. I was a big BlackBerry user for the past 6 years.
The day my Samsung Epic was delivered on March 22,2011-my first Android handset and yes I remember that date exactly. I was still doing yard work a few minutes after 7 when UPS came to deliver-I activated it and within minutes I was blown away. Now, even with the extras I have downloaded on the phone-i.e. launchers, themes, games, etc.-I still experience NO LAG and NO inconveniences.
On my last BlackBerry, I could not load too many things as even my music library on my SD card would slow it down and let’s not get started on the time it too...

Well chief it looks like some ppl agree with me lol. Get off your high horse, I'm not talking about make me feel like I'm brad pitt. I'm saying for us that go to school not you old f*cks. But for us that are in college or those that are in high school or even for those who are in school but are in their 20's, us, we do care about the "cool" factor of the phone. Sorry how secular that may sound you pops but honesty is an important trait that I have even when it may sound stupid to you.
Look at all the successful phones. Droid with its million dollar ad campaign making the phone look bad a$$. It paid of for them.
