Businesses do not get the rights of individual people. You cannot compare a Corporation to John Q. Public.
When a business gets too large the government not only can, but has, pulled the companies apart. They would be creating one of these so-called behemoths at the cost of tax dollars (time to approve this counts, and it will cost a fortune, nothing in the government is cheap), only to turn around in a short amount of time (I would wager less than a decade), and waste huge amounts of tax dollars again tearing it apart to make sure the market remains competitive.
This is silly to do, and should never be allowed. Sprint shouldn't be allowed to buy it either, the entity needs to remain owned by some other entity, not someone already in the game. Or if somehow one of the tiny upstarts pulled a ton of money our
