Google asks for permission
Every android phone when you first set it up asks you for permission to share location data anonymously with Google. Every android user has the ability to opt-out of sharing their location data with Google when setting up their phone. Google hasn't been hiding anything, they have been upfront about it the whole time. Also if any user has Google latitude enabled, your location data is gathered to set up your location history.

I think your wrong a lil. I may be as well, but google is only asking for permission for the apps, but if you turn it off, then they still collect the info and sends it back to google and there is no way of turning that off because its in the T&C when activating the Android OS

Well when i install applications it will tell me that it will share location and stuff like that and i have the option to accept or decline.

the difference with ggogle is that it does ask for permission. if u clear all data info from your browser in the settings and then go to google it ask clear as day at the bottm of the screen if you would like google to share location info. you have to accept or deny and even in the settings of the device ti also has another box you can select to share info.
