Just because a product did not meet your expectations, that doesn't mean that is a piece of garbage...not to say something else.
Jmart is just sharing his personal experience, just as you and Jeffola. If he has a great experience with Motorola products, and you don't...is not his fault.
I have experience on this industry, specially on the Tech support area....and many times (and I'm not saying that is your case..), is not a product problem, it is a USER PROBLEM...like the people that buy things just because " it looks cool", and they don't investigate before purchasing, and even worst, they actually don't read the manual...and if something didn't work...." the damn thing is defective" is what they say.
Just give a break to the people that has positive experience with a specific product, they have the same right to express their opinion as you.
