Very good full review- my comments
A couple of things you may have missed...
The battery level indicator has a habit of getting stuck at full, then suddenly jumps down to half(this was corroborated with the Verizon store unit).
The mini-SD port cover is extremely difficult to open. Even with a tiny, sharp screwdriver(btw- it opens from the side adjacent to the IR port).
There is no quick, one-key-press way of putting the phone in silent/vibrate mode(such as holding down the # key in a Samsung).
Page 75 of the manual says that to disconnect a web session you should press the "End Session" key. 😕 Where is it? I have to continu...

Overall this phone is exactly what I figured it would be which is a phone to steal the BB users away.
For $199 you can't expect everything, it's a great price for the target audience they expect to grab with it and I see it doing just that.
