Does anyone here think Samsung came to these designs by themselves?

So a lot of people are saying "BS, Apple is just jealous" , but really here, can anyone come up with an argument that Samsung isn't basing its designs on the iPhone?

Can anyone make a reasonable argument that phones such as the Galaxy 4G (with its rounded back and chrome bezel) came about through Samsung's own design evolution instead of saying "this [iPhone] is successful, lets mimic it"

Samsung's designs from right before the iPhone is announced: http://t.co/XWGejfc

This sounds like a grammar school kid crying to his teacher:

"Tell Tommy to quit copying me"

I have held both phones. While they are similar, they are not identical and are easily distinguishable from o...

1) Actually, when Apple introduced their first laptop, it was nothing like the other form factors introduced at the time. It later did become the standard.

2) You're arguing that Apple preventing other manufacturers from copying their designs inhibits innovation. How, exactly? Why don't they come up with their own designs?

Samsung is doing exactly what you fear Apple is going to make them do.
