How many different designs can you come up with anymore for a phone??? I have not seen a "New" phone in a long time; so does that mean that if a company comes out with a new design that they can sue ANYONE who makes one that resembles their product??? Besides the Galaxy Tab is smaller then the Ipad to be more convenient (not saying that is does or not)... Even the Iphone is not original, it's an Ipod touch that can make calls.

Now you're really being pedantic here, the first iPhone was released in June 2007, and the first iPod Touch in September, they were obviously developed at the same time even though they were released at different times

Not at all. It's sufficient proof Apple didn't take an iPod Touch and add in a phone, but rather, the other way around.

I'm not sure that is sufficient proof. Do you have sufficient proof from Apple validating this claim? Suck a close launch indicates mutual inspiration to me, not one before the other.
