Because no sales person at a corporate store ever screws anything up or lies just for a higher commission. 🙄

Not with the kind of frequency i see from 3rd parties. Im starting to think its a damn company policy with some places.

And fyi corp store commission is very diff, we get paid the same regardless of the phone or plan purchased.

I think the lying to get higher commission is a thing of the past at least for Sprint. I think best buy and radio shack shouldn't sell mobile phones because of the lack of knowledge and the get ya in get ya out way of selling. Misinforming customers about everything than the customers go to us (3rd Party preffered retailer aka we know what we are doing and do it well and known for our customer service) or corporate and think the whole company sucks because they bought there phones at a place that didn't know crap... They give cell companies a bad name. Death to Best buy and Radio shack and there lack of common knowledge!!

Sounds like someone's bitter about the competition. It's all in how you're trained no matter what core or indirect company you work for. The companies can set how each associate is trained but it's all in the trainer to set forth company expectations. No corporate RadioShack currently has or has ever had any kind of policy that says "let's sell the highest plan or do whatever it takes to gain the sale." Any person doing such is committing fraud. Wake up and see the reality of things. There are dishonest people where ever you go.

Look at this idiot 3rd party preferred retailer lol you dont have enough information to compile a proper sentence let alone handle a customer account lol. Why dont you stop crying about 3rd parties because you are one of them and stick to the subject at hand. This isnt about people being jelous of best buy taking more sales off them, get over it quit crying and fix the problems people have since thats all you guys at preferred 3rd party LOL and retailers are good for, you sure as heck arent selling phones.

The corporate stores are the worst example of salesman who prey on the elderly and force them into smart phones. The only reason people are sent to corporate stores is because retailers dont have the necessary tools to make a lot of account changes. But yes the corporate stores mess up accounts as much as anyone.

I received pretty good service when I bought my Incredible there. Boy were they pushing those accessories though. I was impressed.
