more research needs to be done though. let's think about it. if someone travelled over here, their international provider would have roaming agreements with at&t or t-mobile, probably both. at&t is buying t-mobile, and the current terms of the deal give t-mobile an 8 percent share in AT&T. if this deal goes through, t-mobile will be making more money from at&t than they probably would have off of just international roaming charges on their network right now.

Who really cares about International Travellers? Trust me, the Europeans don't take the American travellers interest into consideration when debating a possible merger.
