I'm going to make a example that you can understand less say you go to a coffee shop or a restaurant and as soon a you get it your phone start charging instead of using your better usb cord you wont need that, it we charge automatic and you wont need your usb changer to changer ur phone that offen like now,like you are complaing about battery life.this is such the beginning of something that will make your life easier,google it it will help your brain work little.
oh and about the ugly charging mat is going to be upgrade where it will better the same size as your back cover is such need time....
