if i cant want to answer phone while driving, how after just turn phone to silent, or just turn the phone off while driving! no 2$ monthly requires!

Well most people aren"t smart enough to turn off their phone or just not answer it. All I can say is if you don"t want to pay for the service don't get it, go ahead cause an accident because you're cheap.

I don't think that this app is for personal use as much as it is meant for parents and employers... like the article says. 😕

The service isn't for you to use personally on your phone; it's for parents to use on their kids' phones and companies to use on their employees' phones. That way, you can enforce these restrictions while the phone is moving.
