yeah, since tethering is in the constitution and people in the revolutionary war fought for us to be able to tether...right? cuz that's what i heard.
AT&T would want to tell me that my bike is mine to use as much as I want since I paid them the money, just don't use it in these specific ways.
Obviously since T&C were signed then you should obey them. That doesn't stop it from being an infringement on my rights as a human being that has purchased a service.
I'm not "hiding" behind the Ts and Cs, but the terms and conditions you agreed to are legally binding. So seriously, keep telling everyone AT&T is infringing on your rights to use your data how you want it but it's not going to make your statements any more correct than they are now.

You're compairing a 1 time purchase (buying a bike) to a service plan. That's the error in your arguement.
A better example is that you also purchased a roadside assistance program for your bike. In the T&C of said program,...
