Some people are just missing the point. I've had the 4500 for 2 days now and the 1st thing I can say is "I love this phone". As for the looks, to say it looks worse than the 4400 that's a personal opinion and if you don't know what opinions are like you don't need to be posting period.
Likes: The speaker phone is great, no problems hearing driving down the road and I have the Ram HEMI rumbling all around me. The other person can hear me better than they could when I used my previous phone next to my face. I keep this phone a few feet out and no problems. As for the voice dialing, it also works well. The screen & feel, no complaints other than you can't get the VERIZON WIRELESS off the middle of the screen. Overall happy and plan to keep the phone. Yes, I did compare the 4400 & 4500. This didn't replace the 4400 for nothing. Many dealers don't even have the 4400 any longer.
Dislikes: The Voice Dialing only brings up the 1st contact under a name. It would be nice that with 4 choices that it at least bring up all contact with the same name to choose from. Maybe in time.
