AT&T Confirms Atrix 4G Uploads Are Slow ... For Now

The thing is...not everywhere *has* the HSPA+. It makes no sense to turn it on, then turn it off again when they activate another market, then turn it on again when it goes back live...then turn it off again next market and so on and so forth.
I had an article that kind of went over the game plan but I cant link the dang thing because my work computers block external links. It made sense to me from a techy point of view but 90% of users out there have no clue what they're doing.
