Its not as bad as wm6/6.5
Is it good????.... I personally think no. Microsoft has the resources and money to do much better.

Oh. I honestly have no opinion. I haven't even touched a WP7 smartphone. One thought I have though is with all them "tiles" how do you have wallpapers? I like wallpapers! I usually change wallpapers quite frequently.

I was not impressed when I first saw it. I felt it was missing something it was to fine with not enough colors as tho you cannot customize the color scheme. It was like a powerpoint presentation as opposed to a OS. Tiles were to limiting should improve them. This OS is too new not ready. I will stick with Blackberry and IOS for now.

You can customize the color scheme... what are you talking about?

It actually is a pretty ingenious OS, albeit with the bizarre limitations iOS did when it first launched.

The lack of multitasking is freaking gaytarded as is the lack of USB mass storage support. With the next update, it will be a contender.

I have used WP7 extensively, and although I prefer BB and Android, I'd definitely take it over iOS.

WP7 isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. True enough, it doesn't have the polish that IOS or Google has but, neither the IOS or Google were all that polished in the beginning, they were new to everyone and people didn't know what to look for or what was missing. But, despite it's short comings, which can be fixed with updates, it is still a nice os. I don't care so much about using pictures as a background but, I do want my custom ringtones. I've been playing with this phone for a while and I like it. I'm coming from a BlackBerry and I find myself liking it better. MS has left a bad impression with past os but, this one really isn't all that bad.

I agree 100% wit you here. It's a solid OS with some shortcomings. Thank god MS is addressing them with updates (and this quickly). I dig WP7, though it's not the OS of choice for me (yet).
I can say with certainty it stomps all over previous Windows Mobile OSes though!
