Re: Or maybe...
Me: "I show that you live in a white area. Unfortunately there is no Verizon coverage or roaming partner in your home area?"
Customer: "I know, but it works at my job."
Me: "So how can I help you?"
Customer: "I want you to make it work at my house?"
The Network Extender is actually a possible solution, but what are the chances that I can get this dweeb to fork out the $249.99 plus tax? Not likely. This type of *Bleep* happens every day. Sprint has solid coverage maps and they don't exaggerate. It is what it is. What do you wanna bet the majority of those calls were people complaining about coverage where Sprint did not advertise that they had it OR people roaming on Verizon or others and not getting Mobile-2-Mobile etc...and then complaining about their bills? Ridiculous. That tower thing is funny, too. If I had just a nickel for every customer who offered to let Verizon build a tower on their land to get better coverage...
