I'm firmly convinced that if it comes to a point that termination is the only reasonable course of action, the fault is almost certainly more with the consumer than the organization, especially in an industry as fickle as cellular.
Crazy people calling and complaining about coverage at their home every week when they live 25 miles form the nearest cell site and think you're supposed to built them their own $3,000,000 cell tower because they pay their $70/month phone bill cannot be satisfied. Period.
Irreconcilable differences do exist. Terminating the relationship is the only answer in such cases.
