I work in a call center for T-Mobile, if this happens, i fear they wont need me to take their calls anymore 😢

Yeah i know. In the next city over there is a call center that does Sprint, but I'm not gonna go all the way over there, its like a 45 minute drive with good conditions, it seems to me that instead of keeping us open, they would just make the other one bigger

Yeah he said he thought he know who you were so he sent you an email. Well I still think we should probably treat this as a rumor. Remember, There was talk a while back that we were to buy out sprint. Who knows what will really happen.

Yeah, who knows what will happen, if two failing company's combine, that doesn't mean they will make one strong company, they could end up worse off in the end

If they actually try to combine the companies they are not going to start making money for a couple of years. It would be a huge investment to try to transition all customer to either GSM or CDMA. Dual mode handsets would be a horrible idea. The only time I can see that as a good thing is when they are using Dual Mode for international use. Using both on your home calling network would be a major battery issue.

will ever outsource sales call centers. why would you want to do customer care in a call center anyway?

Well I know all about this sort of thing. If you're on the front lines it depends on your salary. If you're making top end...watch out. If your at the bottom you should be okay.

It will depend on what reps at the other carrier make then. With Alltel/VZW Alltel reps made way less on average.

yeah it sucks, they move us around like chess pieces, gas is so expensive and now we are supposed to be happy with going to location in another state. 🙄

i'm in reno, nv. used to live in spokane. played a lot of baseball against liberty lake in middle school and high school, have a lot of family in hayden lake, post falls, and CDA.
