Of course they are. The larger the carrier...the more arrogant they become because they have more subscribers. Make no mistake: the smaller carriers would LOVE to be like the larger ones and if they were they would pull the same garbage. Fortunately, we can vote with our feet and our wallets even if the choices are becoming fewer.
