--when the LTE phones will arrive, but early adopters knew what they were getting into when they rushed out to get their iPhone 4 3G's.

So don't whine.

Good luck telling any customer that. Kind of hard since AT&T and T-Mobile are advertising their stuff as 4G, and then AT&T is pushing out LTE later, what the hell are they going to call that?

Simple. You tell them the truth about what they can expect (real world speed). Never lie to a customer. Always treat them the way you'd want to be treated.

Well I'm customer service so lying about data speeds benefits me none...that being said, if they can't handle the truth about their usage (and it's on their bill), they sure as hell aren't gonna handle the truth about something they can't start to comprehend such as data speeds. 🙄

If they're arguing involves a $300 credit, answering their questions once and moving on is uberly non-realostic.

LOL Alltel...I mean Verizon doesn't give $300 credits. That sounds like an easy call to me. We didn't have that much even WHEN they were pandering to customers. Now that their they have the big head it ain't happening. I can see where one might be tired of dancing though. Damn.

So Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T all have one, I am unaware of an advance to CDMA EVDO that can make it claim 4G as well.
