It does suck, though I would shudder at what Sprint would be willing to price the phone at if they added a WiMax radio to it.

More than likely Sprint will not launch anymore WiMax phones until they figure out what they are doing with 4G. It would not make sence to release a new WiMax phone and within a year go to LTE

unless it's a simple over-the-air software update to switch from one to the other. Which would be super cool.

You have a problem with $200.00 are u serious? This is one of the best wp7 smartphones on the market and the first wp7 on a cdma carrier that's not a bad price at all. 😎

i have a problem with them charging the customer $300 first then makin them went for a $100 mail in rebate.

For the most part, standard business practice in the business. Until recently, Verizon did it that way, too.

That is why i go to best buy to get my phones, cause i get a better deal and i dont have worry about paying bs mail in rebates
