Verizon and the Long Wait

It's like a non-ending fairy tale with Verizon. The usual 6-month wait after FCC approval, the testing, testing, and more testing (undoubtedly snakebitten by the official piece of crap Motorola T-720), and the wait with questions of "when?, when?". It will be out by end of summer or into fall, if Verizon does not change its way of rolling out new product.

The first batch of 8900 phones were flawless, it was the second batch that had the software issue. Many stores are just sitting on the phones waiting for the flash update.

Since vox had a problem with their 8900, I would think they would would want to expedite the 8910 to restore good faith in their product

The phone itself works fine, it was some kind of problem with the mobile web settings. that was all.

Some of ya'll need to get over yourself, there is never going to be a "perfect" phone. If you don't like a product, don't buy it. No one is forcing you too.

If there is a good choice to make it would be nice if it were available, instead of having to be the last carrier to do so.
