Microsoft Providing Minor Update to Windows Phone 7
Windows is still a disaster.
This is going to be the typical software update scenario:
1. Customer receives a message "you have a software update available"
2. Customer comes running to me trying to get me to do it at the store.
3. Customer screams at me for a couple of minutes before finally going home and trying to do it themselves.
4. Customer calls asking for the website that I wrote down for them.
5. Customer realizes they need "Windows Device Manager" in order to do any kind of upgrading.
6. Customer tries to download Windows device manager and Microsoft asks them if they are running 32bit or 64bit.
7. Customer calls me to ask if they are running 32bit or 64bit.
8. Customer figures out what they are running, selects the appropriate dow...
