I'm not saying i agree with the house but all these assumptions about how all the carriers are going to start blocking alot of stuff now is stupid.but that is not the issue the issue is that the FCC overstepped their boundaries plain and simple trenen after all the crap he got from everybody about this was correct once again PLAIN AND SIMPLE and thats all.
How many times do we have to reiterate this?
No, the FCC did not overstep its bounds, as the FCC is Congressionally chartered to regulate wired & wireless communications. The House amendment is little more than a partisan political ploy.
And, no, trenen is not correct. We have refuted his/her erroneous Constitutional arguments t...

Seriously, are both of you morons? You seemingly have little understanding of government, economics, or technology.

It is an American altruism that the government listen to the citizen, not that the citizen agree with with congress or leave. Lord, if that were the case there would still be slavery. I mean its really not a smart or productive thing to say. And when I insult someone I try not to make myself look stupid in the process.
I mean take a minute and think it through. If everyone in the country had to agree with the majority of the house or leave then there would pretty rapidly have a one party system. A system wher...

Trenen, what worrys the most about you is your assumption that typing and communicating in an accurate and gramatically fashion some how requires extra effort. Speaking and communicating in a gramatically correct fasion is a requirement of intelligent debate.
So until you learn to communicate as an intelligent human being, no one will treat you as such.
This is not to say that the larger corporations are all "evil"; but they are ALL greedy, and interested in one thing and one thing alone; making as much money with as little effort (read: innovation) as possible. NN, at its heart, is designed to keep these large co...

Hahahahahaha.... oh man. Assumptions? I love people that think what we're talking about is hypothetical. You do realize companies are already trying this out! This includes large companies (Comcast, MetroPCS) and smaller local companies (such as the one that blocked Vonage).
