I'm a big Nokia hardware fan. Series 40 still does the job, too.

yea its a candybar style phone. Its sweet if you dont want all of the extra(normal)things of the avaerage phone today. sometimes a cell phone is just a phone....Nokia still sells a million of these a year.

At least a 2-year contract is not needed for this phone.
I am an avid fan of pre-paid. No taxes and surcharges that can add up to 25% of the bill that one sees on post-paid plans.

I think that the prepaid space is going to start heating up more as we see more value adds being offered. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

I am surprised people are still blind enough to pay out the 😲 for surcharges, taxes, and fees on post-paid plans.
Pre-paid it is a flat set amount for the plan with no surprises.
You pay for the meal before it is served as compared to paying once you receive the bill with tons of stuff added on and we know where all that goes.
