vzw is already testing VoLTE and seem to have a much different timeline laid out than our friends at AT&T. It seems to me that AT&T is waiting for vzw customers to be the guinea pigs so they can launch their own VoLTE service after all the kinks have been worked out by vzw. That's kinda always been AT&T's way of doing things, so it's not too surprising.
