how do you sync via bluetooth on your pc. Do you buy a ubs bluetooth adapter? does that work well?

In my case, I've got the next best thing to a powerbook...an IBM Thinkpad T40p. Bluetooth is built-in. But folks at the T608 forum on sprintpcsinfo.com have had luck with usb bluetooth dongles. I'd suggest checking there.
As far as Outlook synching goes, my T608 offers a service labeled "IrMC Synchronization" that automagically synchronizes the calendar and contacts between Outlook on my PC and the phone -- synchronization is always just a double-click away.
