I had spent $675 on a new Hitachi G1000 and signed up for the $150 unlimited Vision Plan so I could use it to access the internet to work with my bank, do research, etc. To have a Phone. Have Excel so I could Analyze properties. Etc.

It was a piece of ****. It neither made a decent PDA nor a decent Phone. Being strictly digital it dropped 60% of my calls. As far as Internet Access on my bank accounts...it seems Pocket PC 2002 does not have the encryption nor a current enough browser for my bank to allow me onto my accounts... security and all that. As far as the Pocket PC goes it was not upgradable and frankly gave me headaches holding it against my head and trying to drive.

So I returned it and asked for ...

hmmmm I didn't have my vision limited to 3mb, I'm still on the unlimited vision.. So far most people I have heard, who got the phone did not have to change... I have also heard it only applies for new customers, not existing customer. They can't change that without breaking your contract..

No one advertised anything falsely. You get 3 MB when you use that phone. Where did you get screwed? Get a life.
