My Treo 600 broke last week and I purchased the 8125 from Cingular, then when I went to cancel my T-Mobile account they gave me a better deal so the MDA is on the way.

WinHack is right -it comes down to getting over the exposed keyboard. Not only because you can dial without looking, but you can type i one hand. You just can't do the later with the MDA (or 8125).

I will miss that, and I was considering holding out for the Treo 700 to come to GSM (Why are Verizon customers so willing to pay so much?), but with all the problems that the 650 had on GSM (not so much on CDMA) I can't see waiting with tape holding my 600 antena on.

Maybe the fact that I can't type with one hand will discourage me from typing while driving as I did so easily with the Treo.
