You'd be surprised how many people are actually waiting on a device like this.

There is no problem with the OS. The hardware seems alright, but agreed on the keyboard. Needs less pressure to activate, or larger angular keys as seen on Droid Pro , LG Ally, and Blackberry devices.

Have you ever used a webos product? It's hands down the most polished best OS out there. Having the 1.4ghz processor is going to make this thing a dream.
The only problem even the original Pre had a was:
1) the Hardwear was admittedly crap and
2) the slow precessor.
So all that said, they fixed the processor problem, let's see about the hardwear but I think this could very a very good device

everyone keeps saying how great WebOS is, but until its on a 4in slab with crazy specs it wont take over. This is now the 3rd rehashed version of a phone that didnt sell that well to begin with. HP needs to do better and listen to their customers. If you put WebOS on a 4 or 4.3 inch screen people would be jumping through walls to leave android and iOS.

And the veer is DOA in the states. since when are phones getting smaller? No one will buy that thing, just wait.

Good combination of hardware and software/OS. But a couple of problems:

1. Keyboard: keys need to be a bit larger and better spaced and require less pressure to press.

2. No 4G LTE. The phone is already outdated by design.

I work in the field, so yes I have used, sold, and hated this OS since launch. It hasnt gotten any better, and it prolly never will. Say what you want but I just dont see it working with Android pretty much controling the market. Its either Iphone or Android. Both have better app stores, but work better overall.
