I am amused that nearly everyone begins their statement with something to the effect of, "Sure it's a Kyocera, but let's give it a chance..."
Reputation should stand for something. If every time you build a piece of hardware it fails then we as consumers should have the right to glance at a new product you release with a critical eye.

Or not glance at a new product much. I moved on, and am now using an LG Ally. I like the physical buttons conpared to the touch capacitive ones.
