Agreed, as long as there is no major issues in rooting the above mentioned phones and getting carrier bloat off. There is a lot to be said for unbranded phones. Like built in tethering without having to lose one's unlimited plan for some hot spot mumbo jumbo. Sometimes better is not always better.
