You go over 10GB.

Verizon is being fair about this. Keeping unlimited and just throttling is better the capping and charging.

If you go over you get pushed back to RevO.

This is only for people who sign up for the 29.99 unlimited data plan today.

unlimited is unlimited. Idon't see 10 GB in my definition of unlimited.

I see your point. Unlimited should be unlimited, but on the other hand I consider myself a pretty heavy smartphone user, including quite a bit of tethering, and I usually use around 6-7GB a month. I think anyone will have a hard time breaking through the 10GB without doing something they probably aren't supposed to be doing.
