MBps is Megabytes per second. Mbps is Megabits per secont. 1 byte = 8 bits.

1 MBps = 1,048,576 bytes per second = 8,388,608 bits per second

1 Mbps = 1,048,576 bits per second = 131,072 bytes per second

But I'm sleepy, so my math could be off.
