The government is the problem. I work for it so I know. Our government runs like a Windows PC full of virues. Little popup windows tell you everything is ok while your privacy and control is slipping away. 
We should NOT let our gov tell us how to live. We are a free country! If I walk out in traffic while distracted and get hit, it's MY fault. We are not North Korea! We are not under sharia law! We are America darn it! People need to take responsibility for their own actions. They can't even control our borders, so they will not tell me how to walk.
