Hypocrisy.
What I would really like to know is how a government agency abusing its authority to give itself additional power after both the courts and the Congress have smacked it down and told it 'no' could possibly be less of a threat to our personal liberty than a corporation which has no control over anybody unless they voluntarily choose to cede it by entering into a completely voluntary business transaction.
The FCC is starting to become a rogue agency, and it needs to be reined in if not simply abolished outright.
