Apple, RIM Win First Round in Kodak Patent Fight

I can understand cross developing on certain technical operations. However, Kodak has been the company most acknowledged in this world for developing and shaping the digital imagery in photography. How a picture renders to the screen, has undoubtedly been one of the technical operations that dates back to the beginning of digital photography.

It would be very difficult to find anything in the photo industry, not tied to Kodak. Apple has only had an inclusion of a camera on the iPhone in only the last 3 years, RIM maybe 6.

Isn't there a chance that these two companies may just be infringing on Kodak intellectual property? I mean, a photo company dedicated to photo developments and software design since the end of the 1800s has to be m...
