Sprint Revising 'Premier' Upgrade Program April 1

to be honest, when you signed up for sprint(assuming your a sprint customer), where you told that as part of your contract you'll get a new phone at full discount after a year if you get a everything data450 plan? well i must admit i sometimes did share that small info to new customers but only after were done with processing the order, it is a perk of being a customer and it is under their discretion to keep it or take it away...dont get me wrong this is a pain...we all here at telesales are saddened of this cause it would limit our ability to sell too, but that is what it is, sprint has improved in a lot of aspects in the last year, what remains is profit which still hasn't improved, and their trying to change this, does this make them evil? i dunno you decide.
