This change is not a good thing making people mad esp when this comes at the same time that they really are breaching contracts. It is a material change when they say im free to swap phone online free & now if I do after the 30th even to the same! backup preowned device Im slammed with the 10.00 extra charge per month. Stupid Sprint they better have a good announcement coming or it's only a matter of time before Tmobile surpasses them!!

Go reread the ToSaA?

It says flat out in the contract you sign that the policies can change without any warning or notice. I've my copy when I first signed up with them, should I dig further, Verizon's says the same thing/is paraphrased as well.

D: Read the fine print peeps, it'll save you grief in the long run.

right I understand what your saying thats with alot of things but to my knowledge any material changes are not part of that. Because Sprint has pulled fast ones before & had to give people the option to leave without an etf. They are just refusing to admit this is a material change when it really is a defacto material change. http://www.phonenews.com/sprint-premium-devic e-fee-material-change-etf-out-early-terminati on-fee-15181/ if enough people wouldnt just turn the other cheek Sprint would have to at least change this so it also doesnt apply to exisiting pre owned devices! thats the least they could do!!

to be honest, when you signed up for sprint(assuming your a sprint customer), where you told that as part of your contract you'll get a new phone at full discount after a year if you get a everything data450 plan? well i must admit i sometimes did share that small info to new customers but only after were done with processing the order, it is a perk of being a customer and it is under their discretion to keep it or take it away...dont get me wrong this is a pain...we all here at telesales are saddened of this cause it would limit our ability to sell too, but that is what it is, sprint has improved in a lot of aspects in the last year, what remains is profit which still hasn't improved, and their trying to change this, does this make them ev...

It is not a Material change it is a Benefit that is changing on sprints end. Sprint overall DOES NOT have to give this to any customer.

That is why it isnt a ETF waiveable event.

Obviously landmarkcm doesnt read clearly, the Premier program that Sprint offers is not part of the contract it's something they chose to offer that should be considered a bebefit. as for swapping online clearly you again dont read things and comprehend their meaning
