I really don't have any problem with this. I think their phones hang well with the best and there's more coming. I believe Sprint will turn this giant ship around, but it will take time.

No offense, but I've been hearing now for about 5 years that, "it will take time, but they will turn it around"

When is this going to happen? I just don't see it. I used to be the biggest supporter of them and was a customer for over 10 years and finally made the decision to switch. It's not going to happen. With their recent changes in prices for their plans as well as changes to their Premier program, it simply won't happen. Their inability to get new devices in a timely fashion and poor 4G performance signals the end for them.

I so agree with you. Sprint wants to add a program that Verizon is doing away with due to fiscal issues....it didnt make sense....

but now u add this ....add charges....and think u can save a sinking ship. I just do not see it.
