Agreed: Expect slow change

Android is different than BB/iOS.

With BB and iOS, any App sales or good/bad press is directed at the OS company. They control all the phones with that OS.

With Android, Google makes the OS but it's up to the phone manufacturer to do the updates.

It's sill to expect lightning fast response time to something that's basically lost money for the manufacturer.

Sure, they don't want bad press BUT this is a new paradigm where phones are expected to get upgrades vs past market experience that you get what you bought on day 1 (with maybe minor updates).
