Think twice b4 another Samsung

I myself will think twice about any Samsung product. To me this is just POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Imagine if the phone had a serious bug, how long would it take for a patch ? Shame on you Samsung and the wifes new phone will either be an HTC or a motorola
