Enhancements:

* Update to Android 2.2 Operating System (Froyo)
* Improved security options include remote device swipe, device lock, password complexity, and a minimum password length
* Long press of physical home key allows easy switching between the last eight applications used
* Bluetooth voice dialing displays your verbal instructions and repeat them back to ensure accuracy
* Enhanced browser performance for faster loading of Java Script pages. Note: Adobe Flash browsing will not be supported on this device

I'd imagine that has something to do with the relatively weak 600 MHz processor.

It won't handle Flash. Not that I'm complaining; I've used the iPhone. It doesn't have Flash.

In an email I received from Verizon, it mentioned support for Flash in the update for the LG Ally. I usually take the word of Verizon employees over what printed and/or published materials say. I am in the process of re-verifying this with Verizon, since there appears to be a discrepancy.
