Apple CEO Takes Second Medical Leave
I May Not Be the Largest Fan of Apple,
Sincerely,
John B.
Based on his recent bonus, I wouldn't be surprised if Cook has already been playing much more significant role in the company.
Ultimately, I'm not a shareholder, so I don't really care what they choose to do.

Interesting timing.
His health has been seriously deteriorating over the past few years. When a man loses that kind of weight, it's not good.

Yeah lets hope his cancer hasn't returned. There's one thing about cancer and it's that it doesn't discriminate. It hits men, women, black, white, rich or poor. You could have all the money in the world and access to the best doctors and it still won't help you. Let's just hope for the best and that Steve is strong enough to fight it. If that happens to be the case here. My opinions about Apple and their products are well known but I still respect Steve Jobs and what he's done.

I think Apple's products are overpriced compared to popular alternatives, but Jobs turned Apple into a powerhouse against the likes of Microsoft. That in itself is pretty miraculous.
