there's a surprise, carriers not being able to ruin someones day with surprise bill must be a real drag for them.

How about requiring customers to get their heads out of their butts long enough to figure out what they are doing?

Why is everything someone else's fault? It's not rocket science here, if someone has 450 minutes a month and they use 3,000 minutes, they are gonna have overages, anyone with half a brain cell can figure that out, customer who can't do so have no excuse.


Bottom line is when you treat everyone like they are stupid they become stupid. And that is what is happening.
