Best Buy Offers Buyer's Remorse Protection with 'Buy Back'

I REALLY wish I could copy/paste an email from my Best Buy Mobile district manager to prove that the buyback is off the retail price, however since I value my job I'm not going to put proprietary materials on a public site. I am 100% certain, as are the other BBYM reps posting on here, that it is off the retail price. Why people who are NOT in the company and unfamiliar with the program think they are right by suggesting otherwise is beyond me.
