Plug it in, put in your credit card, pick a pin and you're done. As long as the device doesn't fail you'll never need to call in. God help you if you do. I hope you like talking to India.
That's just it. I've had problems with Virgin's website (which is HORRENDOUS) making payments. Virgin's representatives are also scripted rep-bots. It sucks. Both my parents use Virgin. I, unfortunately, am their 'admin'.
