Verizon To Offer iPhone 4
cricKet to get iPhone 4 (flashed)
This is straight from KMS.
Tell the customer that they need a Boost Mobile SIM card and a compatible iDEN phone.
If Sprint iDEN customer, customer can buy a Boost Starter Kit (includes SIM card and $10 in airtime) if their iDEN phone is iDEN Boost prepaid compatible.
If CDMA customer, they need a Boost Mobile iDEN phone.
Phones and starter kits (as well as purchase locations) are available online at boostmobile.com.

Right on the front page you can see that Boost offers the Seek, Curve 8530, Rant, Rambler, Balie, Juno, Incognito, and Mirro.
...all of which are CDMA phones. When you go to the phone pages, it clearly says "CDMA Series" or "CDMA X Series" right next to the phone name.

Virgin Mobile/Boost = Sprint
Not Sprint EXACTLY, but it's their network that's used exclusively with those to pre-paid services. In fact, there was a time when Virgin Mobile was sold in Sprint retail stores and I think the same thing has happened with Boost. Might not be the case anymore though.
