I agree. It is too bad that consumers do not vote with their feet...and their pockets. Verizon changes data policy for dumb phones? Complain and stay and the beat goes on. Doubles ETF for smartphones? Same. So if consumers are going to grab their ankles and take it and since YOU are not a VZW customer (because you are so smart) then how is Big Red going to know that they have gone too far?
